Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between LIDEO LLC (hereinafter "the Provider"), a company registered in New Mexico (USA), 4405 Jager Dr NE Ste C4-4399, Rio Rancho, NM 87144, and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to use the relocation support services offered under the "Da Nang Freedom" brand.
2. Services offered
The Provider offers relocation support services including, depending on the package chosen:
- Administrative assistance (visa, formalities)
- Housing search and introductions
- Guidance and advice on setting up a legal structure
- Access to a community of expat entrepreneurs
- Documentation and online training
- Personalized support and follow-up
The precise details of the services included in each package are presented on the website and confirmed by quote or purchase order before any subscription.
3. Role of the Provider
The Provider acts as a facilitator and adviser. It does not replace legal, tax or real estate professionals. The recommendations provided are based on the Provider's experience and do not constitute legal or tax advice within the regulatory meaning of the term. The Client is invited to consult the relevant professionals to validate their personal situation.
4. Prices and payment
The prices of the various packages are shown in euros (EUR) on the website. Payment is made as follows:
- Full payment when ordering, or
- Payment in 2 or 3 interest-free installments (depending on the package chosen)
Payments are processed by secure payment providers. No access to the services is provided before payment is received (or the first installment, in the case of installment payments).
5. Discovery call
The discovery call offered on the website is free and without obligation. Its purpose is to assess the Client's situation and determine the most suitable package. No obligation to purchase arises from it.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with commercial practice, the Client has a period of 14 days from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
This right does not apply if performance of the services has begun with the Client's express agreement before the end of the withdrawal period (for example: a hotel booking, appointments made with local providers).

7. Client obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Collaborate actively within the framework of the support
- Comply with the laws in force in their country of residence and in Vietnam
- Not use the services for unlawful purposes
8. Limitation of liability
The Provider uses all reasonable means to provide a quality service. However, it cannot be held liable for:
- Decisions made by the Client on the basis of the information provided
- Legislative or regulatory changes affecting the Client's situation
- The actions or omissions of third-party providers (real estate agents, accountants, lawyers)
- Individual tax outcomes, which depend on each Client's personal situation
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract in the event of a serious breach by the other party of its obligations, after formal notice has remained unanswered for 15 days. If the Client terminates after the services have begun, the sums corresponding to services already rendered remain due to the Provider.
10. Intellectual property
The content provided as part of the services (guides, training, documents) is the property of LIDEO LLC. The Client has a personal, non-transferable right of use. Any reproduction or distribution is prohibited without permission.
11. Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the State of New Mexico, USA, without prejudice to the right of European consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
